What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in a similar way. We refer to all of them as “cookies” here.
How we use them
We use two kinds of cookies on sendlab.ai:
- Essential — needed for the website to work, such as remembering your cookie choice. These are always on.
- Analytics — Google Analytics, which helps us understand how the website is used so we can improve it. These are off by default and only set if you accept them.
We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Cookies we use
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
sl-consent | SendLab | Remembers your cookie choices (stored in local storage). | Essential | Until cleared |
Turnstile | Cloudflare | Spam and bot protection on the contact form. Only loaded on the contact page. | Essential | Session |
_ga | Distinguishes unique visitors for usage statistics. | Analytics | 2 years | |
_ga_<ID> | Keeps the state of your session for usage statistics. | Analytics | 2 years |
Google processes analytics data under its own terms; see Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We load Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager and use Google Consent Mode, so neither loads at all unless you accept analytics cookies.
Managing your choices
You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings, also linked in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working.
Changes and contact
We’ll update this policy if the cookies we use change. Questions? Email [email protected]. See also our Privacy Policy.
